How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Details on spttd.app/delete-account.

How do I block or report someone?

Tap a spot to report it, and use the report screen or a user’s profile to block them. Blocked users can’t see you and you won’t see them.

Why was my spot not counted?

Photos of screens, posters, or model cars don’t count as real spots. If you think we got it wrong, use the in-app appeal option on the result screen.

What is a proof-of-spot certificate?

Each spot has a signed certificate you can verify at spttd.app/c/<serial>. It records who spotted which car and when — see our home page.
