How to remove your account and data
Delete it in the app
You can delete your SPTTD account and its data directly in the app:
- Open Settings (top of your Profile).
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
What happens
When you confirm, your account is hidden from everyone immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During those 30 days you can restore your account by simply signing back in. After 30 days, your account and its data — your spots, collection, drives, patches, badges, profile, and stored photos — are permanently erased.
Can’t access the app?
If you can’t sign in, email us at support@spttd.app from the email address on your account and we’ll process your deletion request. We may ask you to confirm details about the account to verify it’s yours, and we’ll complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.
