How to remove your account and data
Delete it in the app
You can delete your SPTTD account and its data directly in the app:
- Open Settings (top of your Profile).
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
What happens
When you confirm, your account is hidden from everyone immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During those 30 days you can restore your account by simply signing back in. After 30 days, your account and its data — your spots, collection, drives, patches, badges, profile, and stored photos — are permanently erased.
Can’t access the app?
If you can’t sign in, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on your account and we’ll process your deletion request. [LEGAL/OWNER: confirm the response window and any verification steps.]
